VULGARIANS // Gaygirl // Dead Naked Hippies // FREAKOUTS

MASSIVELY stoked to not only be back at spiritual home The Macbeth Of Hoxton. but also to be bringing Vulgarians (one of our fave UK bands) back to London/a Permanent Creeps stage! Join us Sep 27 for this beauty of a show!! PLUS we have a ridiculous line up thanks to supports GaygirlDead Naked Hippies and newbies FREAKOUTS!!

Set to hit the road in support of their first new release in 17 months, Vulgarians join us to celebrate new single 'Dead People Are Easier To Love' (premiering on Huw Stephens first ever Sunday BBC Radio 1 show!).

One of the hardest working bands around, Vulgarians have been touring relentlessly for the last 2 years with the Likes of The Wytches, Protomartyr, Weirds and TRAAMS, along with several chaotic headline tours of their own.

"Sleazy as hell, Vulgarians weld melody to caustic noise, invigorating as much as terrifying." - Drowned in Sound

"A majestic march into the underworld" - DIY

"Brilliantly loud riffs and boastful drums combined with clever, relatable lyrics" - Clash Magazine

London based Post-punk/grunge/goth-pop outfit Gaygirl have been making waves on the live circuit since 2016, alongside a string of awesome singles such as the particularly strong 2018 ditty 'Paralydise'.

Dead Naked Hippies
Leeds band Dead Naked Hippies released one of THE songs of the year recently, in melancholy anthem 'Guillotine'.

"These guys are coming at you with a wall of sound, all driving guitars and booming percussion, bolstered by enigmatic front-woman Lucy’s powerful vocals." - Metro

“With a rough FIDLAR-esque sound, FREAKOUTS are an angry, vibrantly impassioned punk band with an insatiable sense of outlandish chaos rippled through their music. Aggressively riotous and disordered, the heavy pounding riffs set a solid gritty foundation for the band’s sound.” - Indie Underground
